NCAA Track and Field Championships – Results

The Oregon women didn’t get top honors this weekend in Des Moines but they put up quite a fight.  When it was all said and done Oregon came out with a second place victory during the NCAA Track and Field Championships.  You can view the team scores below.  Ultimately it was Sheila Reid who came out with the victory in both the 1500 and 5000m races, an honor that Oregon’s Jordan Hasay was vying for.  Hasay did place in both events.  Oregon’s Becca Friday also earned points for Oregon in the 1500m run coming in 5th.  Oregon’s women finished 4 points behind the meet’s champion Texas AM and the men finished in 10th place with 25 points.
