Braden Harris and Oregon

The Oregon Ducks have received interest from linebacker recruit Braden Harris, who is viewed as one of the top five recruits in the state of Utah. He will embark on a Mormon mission before going to college, but he is an intriguing three-star recruit in the 2013 recruiting class who has the versatility to play at different positions.

Braden Harris has not received an offer from the Oregon Ducks, and his only offer has come from Utah State. However, he told Scout.com that he would be interested in receiving an offer from Oregon and might consider playing for the Ducks. He is seen as an outside linebacker and is interested in BYU, Colorado, and Colorado State as well.

It should be noted that Braden Harris would like to stay in the state of Utah, but it is obvious that the prospect of playing for a big school like Oregon is tantalizing. Recruits on the west coast are starting to hold out for Oregon, and this comes as no surprise. The USC Trojans are a darkhorse candidate, because Braden Harris attended their Junior Day on the 12th of February. He is a solid OLB and is one of the top 50 at the position and has the speed and athleticism to make an impact at the collegiate level.
