Thomas Tyner remains the lone committment for the 2013 football recruting season for the Oregon Ducks. The running back may get paired with another high calibur back who narrows his list to two schools.

According to Blake Munroe, 247sports’ Texas recruiting analyst, the four-star running back has limited his choices to either Texas or Oregon. Munroe (@247Blake) released this tweet earlier today: “Dontre Wilson Friday Morning Update (11:00 AM) http://texas.247sports.com/Board/Topic/21/9139332 via @247Sports #hookem #ut #ducks #oregon

Dontre Wilson is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound four-star recruit from Desoto, Texas. Last season, the back ran 127 times for 767 yards and 15 touchdowns. He also added 12 catches for 246 yards and five touchdowns. He is rated as the 106th best overall recruit by 247sports and is 53rd in the ESPNU Top 150.

Wilson has been highly regarded as one of the top recruits overall in the state of Texas, which is a major accomplisment considering the talent level he is against and being a running back. He is also in every major recruiting services’ top 10 running back list.

It was a victory for the Ducks to gather him for a visit last month. With Oregon being a finalist on his list, fans for both schools will be intrigued to find out which place he chooses.
