Autzen Zoo April 23 Pac 12 Baseball Weekend Recap

When the dust settled the Arizona Wildcats (26-13) emerged from the three-way tie that had been on top of the Pacific 12 baseball standings as of last week. Arzona took two-of-three at Washington (20-17) taking the outright lead in the conference at 12-6.

UCLA (26-10) and Oregon (27-12) dropped from first place after the Bruins lost two-of-three at Oregon State (26-12) and the Ducks doing the same in Eugene against Washington State (20-16) now both are at 11-7. Stanford (25-10) swept Arizona State (24-16) to join the Beavers at 8-7 which ties them for third.

The Sun Devils now find themselves at 9-9 alone in sixth place, next are the Cougars who evened their conference mark at 7-7 and are alone in seventh. California (23-15) taking all three from Utah (10-28) and are in eighth at 7-8. Washington is next with a 6-9 mark, Southern California is next at 5-9 still after having the weekend off.

Utah continues to occupy the basement at 5-13 in their inaugural season of Pac 12 baseball.
