EUGENE, Ore. — Ryon Healy has been named the Pac-12 Player of the Week after leading Oregon to a 4-0 record last week, including a series sweep of No. 21 Stanford. The honor is the second of the season for the Ducks’ first baseman.

Healy batted .400 (6-for-15) for the week with two home runs, a double, seven RBI and three runs scored. He led Oregon with a .867 slugging percentage and had a .500 on base percentage. The junior was even better in the three games against Stanford hitting .455 (5-for-11) with two home runs, a double, seven RBI and two runs scored. His slugging percentage was 1.091 vs. the Cardinal and he had a .538 on base percentage.

Healy led Oregon to a 6-4 win in game two of the Stanford series hitting a pair of two-run homers, finishing the game 3-for-3 with four RBI and two runs scored. In Sunday’s series finale, he added two more RBI including one on a ninth-inning double that tied the score and set up Oregon’s winning squeeze bunt play. Healy had a hit in all four Ducks’ games during the week and picked up at least one RBI in all three Stanford games. Healy’s first conference player of the week came after he led the Ducks to a four-game sweep at Hawaii in February to open the season. His second award gives the Ducks four weekly awards this season. Scott Heineman was named the conference player of the week on April 15 and Cole Irvin claimed pitcher of the week honors on April 1.
