Oregon, Texas Tech Football Matchup in 2018-19 Not in Limbo

Consider it the changing times in College football. With teams moving from one conference to another and conferences seeking consistency with in conference matchups some non conference matchups are starting the process of being wiped off the calendar, at least in the SEC with Texas Tech.

"“Having switched from the Big 12 to the SEC, we’ve had to scrub our whole schedule — throw it almost out. Going forward, we’ve had conversations with people, but we really can’t be contractually (obligated) until the conference says you’ve got the green light.”"

One Tech matchup that has gotten the ax is USC and according to CBS Sports the games with the Ducks are still going forward as planned. A ‘tweet’ has confirmed that the Oregon series is still on, but as always – stay tuned on this one

Texas A&M is ‘scheduled’ to visit Autzen Stadium in 2018, and the Ducks will play in College Station in 2019.
