Justin Hopkins from DuckTerritory.com is reporting that Oregon has a shakeup in it’s Compliance Department as Senior Associate Athletic Director of Compliance and Academic Services Gary Gray is retiring after 28 years on the job.

According to Duck Territory, the ‘retirement’ is not related to the NCAA investigation.

For me this seems a little strange, but it could be a coincidence….on second thought probably not. The guy did do the job for 28 years. There were personnel from Oregon who made an ‘out of the ordinary’ number of phone calls to recruits, and that is where this comes into question.

The Article on Duck Territory also says there could be more openings in the Compliance Office at Oregon or a possible reorganizati0n of the department.

There is also a link to the now available job post, in case your interested.
