Business Insider Poll: Best? Worst? Where do Oregon Sports Fans Stack Up?

Michael Katz from USA Today recently pointed to a poll from Business Insider that asked a few simple questions. Which state has the Best Fans and the Worst Fans? Well according to the map Oregon fans were not near the top or the bottom when it came to the Best Sports Fans.

The title of Best went to New York and Texas with Oregon Fans  somewhere in the bottom 1/3.

When they took into account the worst Sports fans – again New York took the cake with Oregon fans falling somewhere near the bottom.  Needless to say California sports fans were a close second to New York. Texas and Florida were also high on the list.

The survey also looked at some other unique demographics including folks with the strangest accents, which state is the ‘Hottest’ – not having to do with temperature, and what list is complete without who has the Drunkest fans. Again, Oregon near the bottom of the list.

Oregon did rank fairly high as a State that is the most Underrated.
