Oregon Basketball is coming off it’s best season in school history- in recent memory and Head Coach Dana Altman has given his team a solid challenge in returning to the NCAA Tournament. The Ducks will have to maneuver through 19 teams that reached the postseason(in one way or another) in 2013-14.

The games begin in South Korea and the Armed Forces Classic in a meeting with Georgetown on November 8th. Before making the trip Oregon will host two exhibition games one notable, against Northwest Christian University, coached by former Duck Luke Jackson – the game already slated for the Pac 12 Network on October 27th.

The Ducks then face Arkansas Pine Bluff(November 13th), followed by Utah Valley(November 19th) and San Francisco(November 24th). The last weekend in November brings a Tournament to Matthew Knight Arena and three teams that made it to postseason play last year in Cal Poly, North Dakota State, and Pacific. The Global Sports Challenge will take place from November 29th-December 1st.

Speaking of firsts. Oregon kicks off the last month of 2013 with a trip to face Mississippi(December 8th), followed by a trip to the Moda Center(formerly the Rose Garden) to welcome in Big 10 opponent Illinois. UC Irvine visits Matthew Knight on December 17th,  followed by Brigham Young and Morgan State to close out the year.

January brings the start of the Pac 12 schedule with a road trip to Utah(January 2nd) and Colorado(January 5th), followed by Cal(Jan 9th) and Stanford(Jan 12th)  coming to Eugene. Dana Altman and the Ducks then hit the road for three against Oregon State (Jan. 19), Washington (Jan. 23) and Washington State (Jan. 26).

Home cooking is the rule for a good part of February. UCLA(Jan 30th), USC(February 1st)  Oregon State(Feb. 16), Washington(Feb. 19) and Washington State(Feb. 23) all come to Matthew Knight.  Oregon does hit the road early in the month and heads south to face Arizona (Feb. 6) and Arizona State (Feb. 8).

The regular season wraps with trips to UCLA(Feb 27th) and USC(March 1st). The home slate comes to a close against Arizona State(March 4th) and Arizona(March 9th)

The Ducks then move on to the Pac 12 Tournament in Las Vegas March 12th-15th.
