Last year it seemed that almost every Oregon Home game was at night – at least this year the Non Conference part of the schedule kicked off before 1:30pm. The Ducks (have a BYE this week)start the Conference season on September 28th against Cal inside Autzen Stadium and it was announced earlier today that the Pac 12 Network picked up the game and it will start at 7:30pm Pacific Time.

I guess when you have the #2 team in the Country facing off with a team in the lower end of the Conference (they didn’t even seem that competitive against Ohio State – who by the way played with a backup Quarterback) there may be the chance for an upset. Of course there is the storyline of two first year coaches going at it in Oregon Coach March Helfrich and Cal Bears Head Coach Sonny Dykes.

The Pac 12 also announced other games for September 28th. Colorado and Oregon State face off at Noon PT. The Washington/Arizona game will kickoff at 4pm PT on FOX. Stanford at Washington State and USC at Arizona State start times will be the ESPN/ESPN2 matchups starting at either 7 PT(ESPN) or 7:30PT(ESPN2).
