California Golden Bears Quarterback Jared Goff has put up some solid numbers so far in 2013. Despite losing to both Northwestern and Ohio State the young Freshman leads the Nation in Total Offense averaging nearly 430 yards per game. He now brings that energy to to face the Oregon Ducks in Autzen Stadium that should be rocking on Saturday night.

"Obviously, extremely good, athletic and fast in secondary. We’ll take it as a challenge to go up there and do what we do everyday. I think our offense can score on anybody.Goff on Oregon’s Defense"

On the other hand the Oregon Ducks Signal Caller Marcus Mariota is coming off a 450+ yard passing game against Tennessee in which several players saw touchdowns including young Freshman Tight End Johnny Mundt who ran for 121 yards and two touchdowns. Looking ahead to this weekend’s matchup Oregon is favored by nearly five touchdowns.

It could be a long night for Duck fans on Saturday. National TV+Passing+First Downs= (usually) a lot of timeouts and as we all know TV timeouts can be momentum killers in certain situations, specifically late in games.

"He’s playing great..virtually lights out. They’ve done a really good job managing things for him.Oregon Coach Mark Helfrich on Cal Freshman QB Jared Goff"

The Air Raid from Oregon and Cal officially begins on Saturday Night. (7:30pm PT, Pac 12 Networks)
