As we know going into this week’s game against Cal, the Ducks are ranked #2 in the country. According to the NCAA, and from a report this morning from CNNSI, Oregon also comes in 2nd place when it comes to needing earplugs during the game.

Martin Rickman from CNNSI followed up on a segment from the NCAA called ‘High Five’ where they ranked the Top 5 loudest stadiums in college football. The Oregon Ducks home of 91 consecutive sellouts was the lone Pac 12 school to make the list.

The stadium at the top of the list is Tiger Stadium in Death Valley at LSU. They can pack in over 105,000, while Autzen is a more quaint 60,000+.  One can easily bet the Duck faithful will be loud and proud on Saturday night as Oregon welcomes Pac 12 play and the California Golden Bears to Eugene.

The game should be a passing shoot out between Oregon’s Marcus Mariota and Cal’s Freshman Signal caller Jared Goff, who leads the country in total offense with over 450 yards per game. Kickoff set for 7:30pm Saturday on the Pac 12 Networks.
