The Oregon Women’s Volleyball team went on the road over the weekend and won both games against Utah and Colorado, both 3 game to 1 victories. The season comes to a close this weekend as the Ducks take on Oregon State in the Civil War at Matthew Knight Arena. On Friday night Oregon had a team high 17 blocks with 11 coming off the hands of Arianna Williams. She also had 13 kills, 9 which came in the final two sets. Oregon was hitting on all cylinders against the Utes. Junior Liz Bremmer added 25 kills along with 18 digs and 5 blocks on the night.

Oregon continued with momentum on their second game of the weekend, a Saturday morning match in Colorado. Brenner and Martenne Bettendorf  led the Ducks to their third straight win with 37 combined kills on the day. Brenner was again impressive with 20 kills and 13 digs on the match that went Oregon’s way 3-1.

The Ducks continue with a road trip Wednesday to Washington State before concluding the season on Senior Day at home vs Oregon State on Friday at 8pm on the Pac 12 Networks. Oregon now stands at 10-8 in Conference on the season. Two more wins would boost the Ducks for the postseason. Hosting the first two rounds is not out of the question, but victories and a winning streak could help make that happen.
