Oregon started Pac 12 play on Thursday night against Utah and for most of the game the Utes seemed to have the Ducks number. The game was sloppy for Dana Altman’s team as only one player was in double figures in scoring at the half. The second half was a different story as three players ended in double figures with Richard Amardi, Dominic Artis and Damyean Dotson. One player stepped up on the rebounding end. Transfer Mike Moser pulled down 11 boards.

"“That was unbelievable. I never had a game winner like that before. It’s the greatest feeling for me. That’s a great way to start conference (play).”Damyean Dotson on the game winning dunk vs Utah in Overtime"

Utah led by as many as 11 points in the second half, but Oregon showed some grit in fighting back. With 7.5 seconds left Dotson knocked the ball out of a Utah players hand and Dominic Artis passed the ball back to Dotson who hit a dunk with 1 second left giving Oregon their 13th win on the season 70-68 in overtime and a resume building victory for March. The Ducks are not done with their trip in the mountains and will face Colorado, who currently ranks 20th in the nation on Sunday.
