Preview:

A few weeks ago the Sunday matchup between Oregon and Oregon State could have meant a lot more. However, it is the Civil War after all. Last time out on January 19th Oregon State took the upper hand in an 80-72 win in Corvallis. Now the Ducks postseason chances at an NCAA Tournament bid will likely depend on them winning the rest of the way and also taking the Pac-12 Tournament Championship. On the other hand Oregon State is in a much better place than the Ducks. The Beavers are 13-10 on the season and with a win will be back at .500 in the Conference standings.

Offensively the Ducks rank 10th in the country in scoring with 82 points per game, their issue has been losing close games by two points or less. Oregon has lost five of their last eight games by two points. Win those games and the season has a totally different outlook. The Ducks need to step it up today to save whatever is left of this season.

AutzenZoo and KPNWSports Live Coverage starts at 11am this morning from Matthew Knight Arena. We’ll also have periodic updates throughout the game on the LiveStream and our twitter account.
