Every now and then a player arrives on campus with a high motor and a ton of potential. It is of course up to them how they decide to prepare to play their game. In the case of Tyree Robinson he came to Oregon to in part join his brother Tyrell, but in June, the elder Robinson brother decided to depart the Oregon Ducks to play elsewhere. Now, Tyree has an opportunity to make an impact and create his own shadow inside Autzen Stadium this fall. As a Defensive Back he has shown speed in Spring Practice and also has the arm length to make a difference for the Oregon Ducks Defense.

There is one area that Tryee Robinson should address over the summer and that is putting on some weight. As a Freshman it will only make him stronger if he is to see the field during his Freshman year. As of now it is not known if the team is planning on using a redshirt on him, and with a new Defensive Coordinator in Don Pellum, replacing longtime Defensive Mastermind Nick Alliotti it is now known if Robinson will be one of the key pieces for the upcoming season. Fall Camp will tell the tale for this promising young man on if his career starts this season or in the future.

The Oregon Ducks start the 2014 Regular Season hosting South Dakota on Saturday, August 30th(7:30pm PT, Pac-12 Networks)
