2014 Oregon Football, Eleven Impact Players: Center Hroniss Grasu
Following the 2013 Season Oregon Ducks Fans held their breath for one decision, the one that Oregon Quarterback Marcus Mariota would make to either go to the NFL Draft or return for another year with the team. On the same day the team received great news. Not only would Mariota return, but Center Hroniss Grasu would also come back for a shot at a National Title. Grasu is a key to Mariota’s success, as well as the success of the team overall.

Last season he was on the list and earned several first team All-American accolades. He started thirteen games last season and was a finalist for the Rimington Trophy. He was the captain of the Offensive line that led the Pac-12 in rushing for the eighth year in a row and pacing the Pac-12 Conference in overall offense with over five hundred yards of offense per game in 2013. The six foot three, two hundred ninety pound Senior looks to make an impact along with his teammates to take the Oregon Ducks into the first year of the College Football Playoff.
The 2014 Oregon Ducks Regular season begins on Saturday, August 30th against South Dakota(7:30pm PT, Pac-12 Networks).
