2014 Oregon Football, Eleven Impact Players: Wide Receiver Keanon Lowe
The Oregon Ducks were looking at entering the 2014 in pretty good shape at the Wide Reciever position, even with Josh Huff finishing out his career as an Oregon Duck and moving on to the NFL, until their top Wideout went down with an ACL injury. Bralon Addison was lost for the season in Spring Practice which led to questions concerning the Oregon Ducks Wide Receiving Corps, now led by Keanon Lowe. When we spoke to Lowe before the Spring Game he was confident in the group, “I think as a whole. I can look at every guy in that receiving cortps and every guy has gotten better from the top down.”
Entering Fall Camp Keanon Lowe will likely be the lead Wideout for the Oregon Ducks entering the 2014 season. Lowe along with B.J. Kelley and a handful of young talented Freshman including Darren Carrington should provide good targets for Quarterback Marcus Mariota this season and provide some highlight moments through the air. Fall Camp for the Oregon Ducks starts on August 4th.
The 2014 Regular Season begins for Oregon on Saturday, August 30th hosting South Dakota.(7:30pm PT, Pac-12 Networks)
