Former Oregon Ducks Running Back Jeremiah Johnson had had his share of success and failure throughout his professional career. From several stints in the NFL with the Houston Texans, Washington Redskins, Carolina Panthers, and most recently the Denver Broncos. He entered the NFL having the sixth highest total yards in University of Oregon History to build on, but following several years and several teams he has not seen an NFL Roster in two years. Johnson decided to take his talent north of the border and signed with the Toronto Agronauts from the CFL.

Over the course of the last few weeks it seems that not only has Jeremiah Johnson found a roster spot, but he also seems quite comfortable with his new team. This season, Johnson leads the team in carries with thirteen for eighty six yards. A big part of those numbers came in the breakout game the former Oregon Ducks Running Back had on Saturday rushing for fifty seven yards on nine carries and catching five passes out of the backfield for sixty one yards in a 34-15 loss to Calgary.

The CFL plays games on Friday and Saturday and the Toronto Argonauts are currently 1-2 on the season and in second place in the East Division. With Oregon(2005-2008), Johnson rushed for over twenty two hundred yards and twenty nine touchdowns in four seasons with the Ducks. In his final season in Eugene he rushed for twelve hundred yards in 2008.
