Oregon Ducks vs Colorado Buffaloes, Twitter Stream, 1:30pm PT, Pac-12 Networks
———–
The Oregon Ducks enter the final home game of the regular season and welcome in 2-7 Colorado into Autzen Stadium. The Buffaloes have yet to win a Pac-12 Conference game this season. Oregon’s season so far has been one of adversity and injuries in key positions. The team has found a way to get over the issues to win games. They did have one setback against Arizona but have been on a roll since, most recently in a win against the Utah Utes in Salt Lake City two weekends ago. Oregon was again bit by the inury bug.
Starting Center Hroniss Grasu and Tight End Pharaoh Brown were injured. Brown was lost for the season to a leg injury. He spent almost a week in a Colorado hospital before returning to Cleveland, Ohio to be with family to recover. Grasu has said he will return this season, but at the word of his doctors. Yet, with the injuries the Oregon Ducks continue to put up big numbers on offense with Quarterback Marcus Mariota leading the way.
Saturday is Senior Day and the final home game for a decorated Senior Class including Jake Fisher, Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, and even though he is not playing Hroniss Grasu, along with Densive End Tony Washington to name a few. This may also be the final game for Oregon Quarterback Marcus Mariota, but nothing has been officially announced yet. Mariota has said several times he will wait till the end of the year and decide with family.
