Liz Brenner has been around the Oregon Program for what seems like forever. She has excelled in the classroom and also excelled on the court, regardless of which type she was on. Brenner has been a part of four different sports including Women’s Basketball, Women’s Volleyball, and Track and Field as a thrower of the Javelin. With all the activity and eligibility, she has decided to use her final year in school sticking to just one sport, Basketball.

She last played basketball in the 2012-13 season under Head Coach Paul Westhead. After helping the Oregon Women’s volleyball team to the National Championship, Brenner came in and made eighteen starts in twenty games averaging just under eight points and seven and a half rebounds per game. The 2015 team will see Kelly Graves entering his second season at the helm for the Oregon Ducks.

Brenner will join fellow Senior Jillian Alleyne as two experienced members  that will look to lead the team in the Pac-12 Conference. Alleyne and Brenner will be joined by Senior Lexi Peterson and Transfer Jacinta Vandenberg from Fresno State who will hold down the Center position for the Ducks. With Brenner and Alleyne the team has leadership and that could go a long way in the season ahead when it comes to success.
