The Oregon Ducks look for their first Pac-12 Conference win hosting Arizona State at Autzen Stadium.

FINAL – Oregon Ducks Beat Arizona State For First Pac-12 Win

Oregon Gameday Preview

It was another good week of practice for the Oregon Ducks. Offensive Coordinator Matt Lubick spoke about Running Back Royce Freeman early in the week and said he was more healthy this week than last week against Cal. The Ducks Junior had 10 yards on 15 carries last weekend in the Double Overtime loss at Cal.

The Oregon Ducks have lost five games in row and look to young leadership in Freshman Quarterback Justin Herbert to earn their first Pac-12 win of the season against the Arizona State Sundevils. ASU comes in at 5-3 on a two game losing streak. A Sundevils win gets them into a tie for second in the Pac-12 South with USC.

Arizona State, similar to Oregon has had their share if injuries to work through in 2016. It is the experience of the Ducks over the last five weeks that should provide a spark on Saturday. Not only is it Homecoming, but it is also the first time that Oregon has hosted Arizona State since 2011 at Autzen Stadium.

Charles Nelson is one to watch for the Oregon Ducks on Saturday. He made his presence felt against Cal last week, but I have my eye on his play on Special Teams as a returner against Arizona State.

Autzen Zoo will have Live Coverage of the Oregon Ducks vs Arizona State starting at 1pm Pacific Time from the Press Box at Autzen Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2pm Pacific Time on Pac-12 Network.
