Following the MAC Championship win, PJ Fleck now has some decisions to make about his future.

There are up and coming coaches and there are Super Star Coaches who hang from a Water Pipe after their team wins the MAC Championship. P.J. Fleck is a high energy coach who gets on the field and runs 20 yards when there is an exciting play. He takes the cork from celebratory champagne into the post game Press Conference. He could very easily become the next Man of Oregon.

Last night Fleck led Western Michigan to the MAC Championship and a likely bid in the Cotton Bowl. He is a smart man. When asked about his future, he commented, but gave nothing up as to his future aspirations in Kalamazoo or making a move up.

"I’m not going to make any decision at all tonight. All I’m doing is celebrating with our staff and our community. This is euphoric, and I’m not giving up that opportunity.Fleck Comments On His Future(via Sporting News)"

If P.J. Fleck is going to talk to Oregon, it would be after the MAC Championship game. He is signed with Western Michigan through the 2021 season and would owe the school $600,000 if he were to leave. Fleck as one of the up and coming Superstar Coaches now has to make a decision. He should have the time over the next few days to decide.
