3-Star OT Mekhi Becton Visits Ducks

Oregon Football could land a solid, physical Offensive Lineman to add to an already solid and experienced rotation.

The Oregon Ducks and Mario Cristobal have been hard at work looking for talent. With Oregon Football in decent hands on the Offensive Line with four Freshman gaining experience playing last season. Tyrell Crosby also returns to the Lineup after spending a good part of last season on the sideline with a foot injury.

Over the weekend, 4-Star Offensive Guard Mekhi Becton visited Eugene and Head Coach Willie Taggart. Becton is considered a 3-Star Tackle by 247Sports. He is 6 foot 7 and over 300 pounds and could find a place on the inside of the O-Line and in the rotation with the Oregon Ducks.

Mekhi Becton also holds offers from Virginia Tech, Virginia, and Michigan and he is expected to stay close to home according to 247Sports Crystal Ball Predictions. He has a decision to make, but coming to Oregon could be a good move. He would have time to work his way into the rotation and Cristobal would have another athletic Tackle to protect the Ducks Quarterback.
