Jalen Brown announced he will finish his Undergraduate Degree at Oregon and then transfer to the Big Ten to finish his playing career.
Former Oregon Wide Receiver Jalen Brown saw time on the field for Oregon Football. He was a go to guy and a check down performer in 2016 for both Dakota Prukop and Justin Herbert. In two seasons with the Ducks, Brown played in 25 games catching passes for 407 yards and 4 touchdowns.
The former Oregon Duck announced on Twitter Thursday he was transferring to Northwestern University and Big Ten Country. Brown will finish his time with Oregon and graduate on June 15th before beginning Graduate school at Northwestern. Since he is headed to Northwestern to continue his education, Brown will be eligible to play Football for the Wildcats immediately, and not have to sit out a season.
Oregon Football replaced Brown in the 2017 Recruiting Cycle with several options including Jalon Redd. Brown found success at Oregon and had two catches last season in the opener against UC Davis. He also scored a touchdown.
