Another storm is set to bring rain to California over the weeknd forcing a schedule adjustment for the Oregon Baseball team.

The Oregon Ducks(2-2) begin the second week of the regular season with another series of games in California. Rain could again be a factor this week and game times have been adjusted at the Tony Gwynn Classic in an effort to get the games in over postponing or canceling them altoghether.

Oregon will open with UC Irvine on Friday.

Saturday will see a doubleheader for Oregon with the Ducks facing Seton Hall at 10am Pacific Time, followed by the nightcap with San Diego at 6pm PT. A non-tournament game was slated for Monday between Oregon and San Deigo and was moved to Sunday at 1pm PT. Of course, all of this is weather permitting.

Oregon started the season 0-2 before bouncing back last weekend at Fresno State taking the final two games of the four-game series. Cole Stringer was stellar on the mound and will look to continue the momentum. David Peterson, tagged with the first loss of the year last weekend will look to turn things around on Friday against UC Irvine.

Freshman Kenyon Yovan leads the team batting .429. He is also credited with a save vs Fresno State and is one to watch for the Oregon Ducks.
