The Oregon Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Team ran past the competition to claim their ninth consecutive titles at Hayward Field.

There were familiar faces and some new faces for Oregon Track and Field over the weekend, but one thing was clear. The team that Head Coach Robert Johnson has assembled was fast, confident, and knew how to get the job done.

The Oregon Women’s Track and Field team took their ninth straight title led by Deajah Stevens who helped the 4×100 Relay team to a win. She also took the Individual Title in the 100 Meter and set a World mark in the 200 Meter at 22.09, the fastest so far in 2017.  Raevyn Rogers took the title in the 800

ond consecutive title in the 10,000 Meters. Marcus Chambers won the 200 and 400 Meters respectively. Blake Haney took the 1500 Meters, and Braxton Canady took the title in the 110 Meter Hurdles.

The Oregon Ducks now set their sights on the NCAA West Regionals in nine days starting May 25th in Austin, Texas. The NCAA Championships could be even more special than the Pac-12 Championships with how this past weekend went for Oregon.

The NCAA Championships begin Wednesday, June 7th and conclude on Saturday, July 10th.
