The NCAA Track and Field Championships conclude on Saturday with the Women’s Events and the Oregon Ducks are primed to make a big statement.

In looking at the Standings of the Team Totals from Thursday, the Oregon Ducks lead with 14 competitors entering the afternoon events. The next closest team is fellow Pac-12 school USC with 9. Oregon has a one-two punch in two events with Deajah Stevens and Arianna Washington making the 100 Meter and 200 Meter Final.

Oregon adds a participant in the fielding events this season with Sophomore Chaquinn Cook in the Triple Jump. Junior Raevyn Rogers will anchor Oregon in the 800 Meters. Brooke Feldmeier joins Rogers for another multiple point event on Saturday evening.

The event of the day may be the 4X400 Relay to close out the Championships. In The Pac-12 meet earlier this month Oregon took first place over the USC Trojans on a rainy, wet track. The Trojans would like nothing more than to return the favor over their Pac-12 Rivals.

Kyrie King had a solid day and picked up big points for Oregon finishing 4th in the 100 and 200 Meters respectively. Blake Haney had a good pace going in the 1500 Meters, but was tripped finishing toward the back of the pack in 11th place.

The Men of Oregon finished 9th in the Team Total with 20 points.
