I also want to mention the shocking announcement that Pat Summitt made this week. She has been diagnosed with early onset dementia. She still plans to coach, but will reduce her responsibilities with the team. Pat Summitt has been such an inspiring figure in college sports and has done amazing things for women’s basketball.
