  • WSU receives and starts their drive near the 31 yard line.  After an off sides penalty WSU goes three and out.  Wagner punts – Oregon blocks.  With a five man rush split (three one side, two on the other) Oregon gets the block (Patterson) and TD (Lokombo).  Two-point conversion good.  Oregon up 8 – 0.
  • WSU gets the ball back.  On third down Lobbestael pass complete to Dunn for the first down.  PI called on Oregon (Pleasant) – WSU gets the first down.  Galvin rushes for a WSU first down.  Lobbestael pass incomplete.  2nd and 10 for WSU.  Lobbestael intercepted by Mitchell and runs it back 36 yards.  Oregon ball.
  • Thomas intercepted by WSU (Bucannon).  WSU ball.
  • Third and five Lobbestael’s pass incomplete.  WSU will punt on fourth down.
  • Thomas’ pass complete to Paulson.  Oregon first down.  After a rush by James for about six yards Thomas gets the pass off to Hoffman.  After a few completed passes, James rushes on fourth down and gets stopped.  WSU will take over.
  • Lobbestael pass incomplete.  Third and seven; Lobbestael pass complete – WSU first down.  Another pass complete putting WSU at third and one yard.  WSU gets the first down.  Galvin rushes for 13 yards for another Cougar first down.  Lobbestael’s pass complete for another first down on second and nine.
