On Saturday afternoon Oregon had one more obstacle before gaining the right to host the inaugural Pac-12 Championship game. Colorado beat Utah earlier and that gave UCLA the top spot in the South. There must have been a slew of nervous Duck fans as the first quarter progressed. Oregon was handling Oregon State on defense, but couldn’t manage to get the ball in to their own end zone. It all turned around during the second quarter and it became clear that Oregon would win the 115th Civil War. So the Ducks and Bruins look ahead to Friday, December 2nd to decide the Pac-12 champion.
