Nate Jeppesen likes Oregon Offense
Michigan recruit Nate Jeppesen is one of the better offensive linemen from the site in the 2013 Recruiting Class, and he reportedly likes the high-octane offense that the Oregon Ducks run. The guard has visited Michigan State five times, but he does not have an offer from his leading recruiter yet. Other in-state colleges such as Central Michigan, Western Michigan, and, of course, Michigan also have interest in Nate Jeppesen. The two smaller schools, Central and Western, have already extended him offers.
Although not rated by recruiting services, Nate Jeppesen is touted as a talented lineman and stands at 6’4″, 265 pounds and hails from Portage. The only team outside of the region to have interest in him is, you guessed it, the Oregon Ducks. Nate Jeppesen will most likely stay close to the state of Michigan, but the fact that he likes the offense that the Ducks run is encouraging. Jeppesen would definitely help out the interior, and more bodies on the offensive line is always a good thing.
Another big school that is interested in Nate Jeppesen is Nebraska, and the Ducks are an outside shot. However, the guard is starting to warm up with the CFB power out west and is a fan of the Ducks. There is a 90% chance that Jeppesen ends up at his dream school at Michigan State, so don’t get your hopes too high.
