4. Aziz N’Diaye- Who doesn’t love watching this guy play D and rebound? He grabs 16.8% of all the rebounds available and allows just .95 points per play against him. This is their rugged big, and Washington fans had better love N’Diaye and his 4.5 BLK%. He averages exactly one point per play, which is more than what I can say for Wroten. So that’s one of a couple of insignificant advantages that he has on their second best player.

5. Darnell Grant- Things got tougher here when I was comparing Grant with Abdul Gaddy, and I ultimately decided to go with the guy who averages 1.19 points per possession, as opposed to the player who turns it over one-fifth of the time and is inefficient. Gaddy is a great passer, but that’s his only major source of value. Grant is a steady rebounder, a slightly better defensive player, and he is slightly better overall. Gaddy receives more minutes and such, but Grant’s efficiency wins out in the end for the fifth spot on this top five list of Washington players. And yes, I actually had fun doing this, and I’m hoping to hear some Wroten and Gaddy fans hash it out in the comments section.
