After a rough week on the road two weeks ago that resulted in two conference losses (Stanford, Cal). Oregon returned home to Matthew Knight Arena and put its 20 game home winning streak on the line against Colorado, and lost by a point. The story of the game was second chance points for the Buffaloes. They had 17. Oregon had 5. The Ducks then beat Utah on Saturday to begin, what may be a new winning streak. The folks at the Asssociated Press still have some respect for Oregon as this week they drop four spots and are ranked at #23.

After this past weekend it’s a jumble at the top of the Pac 12 Standings after Cal beat Arizona on Sunday. Oregon, UCLA, and Arizona at the Top Three. If you look at it this way, Oregon is on top. Since E.J. Singler and the Ducks beat both Arizona, (at Matthew Knight Arena) now ranked at #9 in the AP and UCLA(at Pauley Pavillion) and will not face either team the rest of the regular season. Oregon owns the tiebreaker on both the Wildcats and the Bruins.

According to Adam Jude from The Oregonian, Freshman Guard Dominic Artis was spotted still wearing a boot at practice. His return Wednesday vs Washington looks unlikely.

Oregon hits the road this week to face the Washington Schools. Up first, Washington(13-10,5-5) Wednesday, February 13th (8pm ESPN2). Washington State(11-13, 2-9 Pac 12) is a Saturday, February 16th (4pm, Pac 12 Network).
