Your Take: Oregon vs Nicholls State Colonels

This is the first of posts where we are looking for your vote on the upcoming College Football season for the Ducks. Oregon begins the season with Nicholls State at the end of the month and I know it may seem silly to ask the question, but I’m going to anyway. I want your opinion on this matchup, and each matchup throughout the season(future posts will include the other teams – for this one I want to focus on the Colonels.)

A little background. Nicholls State was the team that was out here late last year to face Oregon State, which had a plan to play the Colonels to start the season in 2012, but Hurricane Isaac had other ideas and the game was moved to the end of the year. It was a blowout and the Beavers took them to the woodshed. This season Oregon State begins it’s season ranked in the Top 25 and Oregon at #3 in the nation, according to the USA Today Coaches Poll.

Oregon and the Colonels Kickoff on Saturday August 31st at 1pm on Fox Sports 1 from Autzen Stadium.
