Oregon Basketball Now Back at Full Strength Start 10-0 After Beating UC Irvine 91-63

At the beginning of the season it was announced that two players Dominic Artis and Ben Carter would be suspended for the first nine games of the year. After their return  the Oregon Men’s Basketball team has yet to lost a game this season. Dana Altman and company are 10-0 and took care of business, with Artis and Carter returning to the court on Tuesday night. Oregon took care of Irvine 91-63.

The Ducks were led by Joseph Young with 18 and Mike Moser with 15 points on the night. In their return Artis and Carter were not great, but good. Artis added five points and three assists. Carter had just two field goals. The Ducks are 10-0 for the first time since 2006-07 season. They are currently one of just 13 teams that are still unbeaten in the country. In the game against the Anteaters the Ducks hit a season high from three point range, hitting 12 of 19. Oregon’s Defense was also hard at work with 13 steals.

Oregon seems to be peaking at the right time. The Ducks, now back to full strength host Brigham Young on Saturday Night, 730pm PT. The game will be broadcast on Pac 12 Networks.
