The Oregon Ducks Softball team has been on a roll this season. They have hit on all cylinders with just a few minor bumps in the road and in the series opener for the final games of the regular season, and coupled a loss by UCLA at Arizona State have taken their second Pac-12 Title in as many years. The top ranked team in the nation rolled to a 7-3 win on Thursday night vs the Arizona Wildcats and are closing in on their all-time win mark.

With nineteen Pac-12 Conference wins they are currently tied with the most wins in conference set last season and are six games out of their all-time wins mark at fifty four. Last year the Oregon Ducks were 50-11(19-5 Pac-12). For the last two seasons you could use the word dominant, Mike White’s team is an eye popping  98-17-1 and 38-7-1 within their own conference. They have a chance to top last seasons Pac-12 mark with two more games to come this weekend against Arizona.

Regardless of the outcome there will be Softball at Howe Field next week in the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament. Who will the Oregon Ducks host? We will find out late on Sunday, but first things first. The Arizona series concludes Friday(7:30pm PT) and Saturday(11:30am PT).

The first round of the NCAA Tournament for Softball begins on Thursday, May 15th and Friday, May 16th.
