PAC-12 Football Weekend Recap Week 7

Home teams continue to struggled in conference play with the number now at 4-14 for PAC-12 teams playing in their friendly confines. Perhaps the biggest story of the weekend is Arizona got knocked from the ranks of the unbeaten at Arizona Stadium versus USC.

Here are all the results from this weekend of PAC-12 conference play.
Friday, October 10 –
Washington State Cougars (2-5, 1-3 PAC-12) 17 @ 25 Stanford Cardinal (4-2, 2-1)34: Stanford took advantage of a pour Washington State defense putting up 477 yards of offense. Kevin Hogan tossed three touchdown passes, threw for 284 yards. Ty Montgomery had 72 receiving, 71 on kick returns and 63 more yards on punt returns. Connor Halliday had 292 yards throwing 69 passes in the defeat. Next up for Washington State is No. 16 Arizona (5-1, 2-1 PAC-12) on October 25 at 2 pm/TBD. No. 23 Stanford travels to No. 17 Arizona State (4-1, 2-1 PAC-12) for a 7:30 pm game on ESPN.
Saturday, October 11 –
12 Oregon Ducks (5-1, 2-1 PAC-12) 42 @ 18 UCLA Bruins (4-2, 1-2 PAC-12) 30: Oregon jumped on UCLA from the get go and led 35-10 at half. Marcis Mariota had another big game throwing for 210 yards while rushing for 75 and two scored (four total). Royce Freeman had two touchdowns with 121 yards in the road win. Brett Hundley threw for 216 while rushing for 89 with three total touchdowns. Paul Perkins carried it 21 times for 187 yards. Next up for No. 9 Oregon is Washington (5-1, 1-1 PAC-12) at 5 pm/FOX Sports 1. UCLA travels north to Cal (4-2, 2-2 PAC-12) at 12:30 pm on ABC/ESPN2.
Washington Huskies (5-1, 1-1 PAC-12) 31 @ California Golden Bears (4-2, 2-2 PAC-12) 7: Washington jumped out to a 28-0 lead before Cal finally reached the end zone. Cyler Miles was an efficient 22-29 for 273 yards with three passing TDs. John Ross had four receptions for 118 yards in the Huskies win. Jared Goff had 304 yards in the loss. Washington travels to Autzen Stadium against No. 9 Oregon (5-1, 2-1 PAC-12) for a 5 pm battle on FOX Sports 1. Cal hosts UCLA (4-2, 1-2 PAC-12) at 12:30 pm on ABC/ESPN2.
Southern California Trojans (4-2, 3-1 PAC-12) 28 @ 10 Arizona Wildcats (5-1, 2-1 PAC-12) 26: USC seemed to have a comfortable 28-13 lead entering the fourth quarter. Arizona rallied for 13 unanswered and had marched for the winning score but missed a late field goal. Javorious Allen carried it 26 times for 205 yards with three TDs. On the losing end Anu Soloman threw it 72 times for 395 yards with a touchdown. No. USC hosts Colorado (2-4, 0-3 PAC-12) at 3 pm on PAC-12 Network. No. 16 Arizona doesn’t return to action until October 25 when they’re in Pullman against Washington State (2-5, 1-3 PAC-12) at 2 pm/TBA
