Former Oregon Ducks Running Back Kenjon Barner is back with is most recent team after being cut a few months back. According to PhiladelphiaEagles.com, Barner rejoins the practice squad after another player, Safety Jordan Kovacs, was signed off the Eagles and to the Miami Dolphins practice squad.

Kenjon Barner was traded in August from the Carolina Panthers, and played in a few games, most pre season before being cut due to an injury. He now rejoins his former head coach and several players with the Philadelphia Eagles. Barner was a sixth round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft but was in a tough spot in Carolina at the time and stuck behind a bevy of talent including another former Oregon Running Back in Johnathan Stewart.

In 2013 Barner rushed for over seventeen-hundred yards for the Oregon Ducks scoring twenty-one touchdowns as a Senior before entering the NFL Draft. In his time at Oregon he rushed for over thirty-six hundred yards and forty one touchdowns.

Philadelphia played a costly game and earned a win against the Texans this past weekend but lost Quarterback Nick Foles to a cracked collarbone for six to eight weeks and Defensive Star DeMeco Ryans for the season with  a torn achilles. Philadelphia hosts the Carolina Panthers next Monday night on ESPN.
