Class of 2015 Commit Quarterback Travis Waller To Enroll Early
National Signing Day is still over a month away and with the possibility of Oregon Ducks Starting Quarterback and Heisman Trophy Winner Marcus Mariota making the jump to the NFL, coaches will be able to rest a little easier after the season. Earlier this week 4-star Quarterback Travis Waller announced he will enroll early at the University of Oregon according to the Oregonian.

Waller is among four All-American’s to enroll early at the U of O. According to the article, in enrolling early he will have the chance to compete for the possible opening at the Starting QB spot for the Oregon Ducks. The team now has a healthy handful of very talented signal callers in the fold with Waller, current backup Jeff Lockie, and Redshirt Freshman Ty Griffin, who is running the scout team along with Morgan Mahalak also in the mix.
Travis Waller, according to 247Sports,�ranks fourteenth as an athlete out of the state of California and is the fifth best dual threat Quarterback in the nation. He ranks just behind Quarterback Kyler Murray, who at one time had Oregon on his radar but committed to Texas A&M.
Oregon faces Florida State in the Rose Bowl on New Year’s Day(2pm Pacific Time, ESPN).
