Tacoi Sumler: Oregon Ducks National Signing Day Reviewing 2011
Sumler like Blackmon never caught on at Oregon. In a class that saw two 80 and above receivers the hope is that you would have way above average play on the edges. But just like Blackmon, Sumler couldn’t find his way onto the field for the Ducks. Early in 2012 he informed Kelly he would be transferring closer to home, he ended up joining Appalachian State. He’s struggled to find the field there due to knee injuries.
