Class of 2016: Oregon Ducks Get Commitment From OL Jacob Capra
The Oregon Ducks are quickly building their roster for the Class of 2016 adding another Offensive Lineman to the list with three-star Offensive Guard Jacob Capra whose recent visit to Oregon was enough. Capra left his commitment to the Oregon Ducks in Head Coach Mark Helfrich’s Office. He is from Auburn Hills, California and comes in at six foot five and two-hundred sixty five pounds. Capra will also graduate early and be on campus at the U of O in January 2016.

The three-star commit had his run of the Pac-12 during his recruitment and also had offers from Washington, Utah, Washington State, Cal, Arizona State and Nevada.
Capra talked with Justin Hopkins from 247Sports
recently and said the decision was simple, “That’s a school that will academically set me up with a degree I can be successful with. I just loved the city and the team. That’s exactly what I was looking for. There isn’t a doubt in my mind Oregon fits me the best.”
Capra has an older brother who signed with Utah in the 2015 Class, but the younger Capra clearly decided to go with the best decision for him in coming to Oregon. He becomes the first Line recruit of the 2016 class which includes two Wide Receives in Theo Howard and Dillon Mitchell, a Tight End, Cameron McKormick, a dual threat athlete in Seth Green and Four-Star Safety Brady Breeze.
