The Oregon Ducks appear to be stocking up with Quarterbacks for the 2016 Recruiting Class that should lead to some solid competition for what will likely be one of the most watched and scrutinized positions for the 2016 Regular Season for Oregon Football
Even though Scott Frost, former Oregon Ducks Offensive Coordinator, has departed to begin his Head Coaching career for the University of Central Florida, one of the top Quarterbacks in the nation has made his decision to remain committed to the University of Oregon. On Thursday, 3-Star Quarterback Terry Wilson signed a financial aid agreement with the Oregon Ducks and will be ready to compete for the upcoming 2016 season.
Wilson will likely compete along with then Senior Jeff Lockie, along with Redshirt Freshman Travis Jonsen and Freshman Seth Greene who is expected to join the growing list of Quarterbacks for the Oregon Ducks in time for National Signing Day in February. One thing that Wilson brings is a very experienced season in 2014 throwing for over 2000 yards and 24 touchdowns to go with 10 interceptions according to 247Sports.com
The dual threat Quarterback could find himself in the running for the Starting spot for the 2016 season. In signing the financial aid agreement with the Oregon Ducks, Terry Wilson will be enrolled to take part in Spring Practice. The Quarterback position will be one of the most contested and watched position in 2016 for a team that finished 2nd in the Pac-12 Conference behind Stanford in 2015.
