DeForest Buckner, 6-7 281: Defensive Tackle

83 tackles, 43 solo, 17 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks

The 2015 Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year put up monsters numbers on a defense that struggled all year. He also led the Pac-12 in sacks with 10.5. Buckner is a very exciting prospect for many NFL teams. His size, strength and ability to get to the passer have put him in the top 1o come draft day.

Buckner was one of the best defensive ends to play at Oregon. He has the motor and drive to succeed at the next level. Many are excited to see what he can do at the NFL combine. He looks to be game changer come Sunday in the near future.

The NFL Combine wraps up on Monday. The 2016 NFL Draft s a few months away. Between now and them teams will have individual interviews and look for the best talent for their respective team. These athletes from Oregon will certainly help their stock from the NFL Combine. The 2016 NFL Draft is set for April 28th-30th.
