Hunter Kampmoyer, Defensive End

Hunter Kampmoyer has the size to fill out a roster position well for the Oregon Ducks. At 6 foot 4 and 240 pounds he could push for a Starting position at Defensive End in 2016.

If he does get playing time he will have some big shoes to consider filling. DeForest Buckner is expected to be a top NFL Draft pick in the upcoming Draft. Of course, Kampmoyer has a ways to go before he is that type of talent, but it all starts on the field and experience as a Freshman could go a long way.

Kampmoyer enrolled in January and is one player who has been working out with the Oregon Ducks. He should have the opportunity to work into a new system installed by new Defensive Coordinator Brady Hoke and could prove to be a key assett over the next several seasons.

The story of comebacks could be key for Oregon in 2016. While Devon Allen saw the field last season, he was not 100 percent. He will be when he sees the field at Autzen in April for the Spring Game or when the season opens.
