Can Prukop Power The Oregon Offense?

There is a big difference between Dakota Prukop and Vernon Adams. Prukop has been here since Spring Camp. We saw him in the Scrimmage in May and he has had plenty of time to digest the Oregon Playbook and to work on his tempo. He told the Media on Monday that the team could go even faster then they are now. First things first, UC Davis comes in with some experience.

The Aggies have two experienced Quarterbacks and are returning  seven starters on Defense from last season. The Offensive Line for Oregon will be young for the first game, with three new Starters to protect Prukop. This will bear watching. Oregon is in a unique position of being able to build confidence entering Pac-12 play and not facing a team right off the bat that could derail their season.

Dakota Prukop is familiar with UC Davis having faced the team several years ago with Montana State. He was at his best throwing for multiple touchdowns and exiting the game early, which is the hope on Saturday as many of us in the media, as well as fans are looking forward to seeing Backup Justin Herbert in action.
