Oregon Ducks Freshman Sabrina Ionescu is resetting the record book in Eugene and posted a double double and triple double in wins last week.

Not only did the Pac-12 Conference name her Pac-12 Player of the Week, she was also named Freshman of the Week. Ionescu was unstoppable and was equally important vs UCLA and USC with her point total as with her assists in helping her teammates to points in two solid Pac-12 Conference wins.

UCLA came into Matthew Knight Arena ranked 15th and Oregon held the lead throughout the game. In two games Ionescu averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds as the Ducks look to improve their chances of making the NCAA Tournament for the first time under Head Coach Kelly Graves.

Sabrina Ionescu also received National Attention being named the US Basketball Writers Association Player of the Week. She scored her fourth career triple double as a Freshman topping a mark held by Oregon Legend Bev Smith.
