The Oregon Ducks Women’s Basketball team will head to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 12 years and face the Temple Owls on Saturday.

Kelly Graves and the Oregon Ducks had a solid season facing adversity along the way. Sabrina Ionescu was the driving force. She had multiple double doubles and triple doubles this season. The Ducks biggest win came in the Pac-12 Tournament knocking off the Washington Huskies and Kelsey Plum on their home floor in Seattle.

The road in the NCAA Tournament for Oregon is not easy. They play in the region where Connecticut is the number one overall seed and if they can make it past the 7th seed Temple Owls they will likely battle 2 Seed Duke for a chance to make it to the Sweet 16.. The Women of Oregon have not played in  the NCAA Tournament since 2005.

It is also the first time since 2000 that both the Oregon Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams are playing together in the NCAA Tournament.
