Michael Johnson Jr. has announced he will transfer to Sheldon High School in Eugene for Classes in the Fall.

Oregon Football Head Coach added Michael Johnson to his coaching staff late in the process. His son, Michael, is one of the top dual threat Quarterbacks for the Recruiting Class of 2019. While Taggart and his staff are still in the process of moving their respective families to the Eugene area, the younger Johnson announced his High School Transfer to Sheldon in Eugene according to the Register-Guard.

MIchael Johnson Jr. spoke with ScoopDuck earlier this week about the move to the Willamette Valley.

"I’ve just decided I will move and enroll at Sheldon in Eugene,  I’m pretty excited about it. I have to give (Irish players) Jaren Banks and Patrick Herbert a lot of credit for recruiting me to Sheldon. They were very welcoming and made me feel really wanted. I can’t wait to get up there.Michael Johnson Jr. discusses moving to Eugene and Sheldon High School(via ScoopDuck)"

2019 is still two years away, but scouting services are already high on Johnson Jr. 247Sports lists him as one of the top dual threat Quarterbacks in the country. He holds a recent offer from Oregon, but others schools are taking notice.
