NCAA Tournament: Tyler Dorsey Leads Oregon Ducks To Elite Eight

The Oregon Ducks had fouls to give at the end, but a Michigan three-pointer missed giving Oregon a 69-68 win sending the Ducks to the Elite 8 on Saturday.

Conversation before the game turned to the three-point threat that Michigan has used all season to get to the Sweet 16. The Wolverines managed a few shots early to keep them in the game. For the game, the Oregon Ducks limited Michigan to 35 percent from beyond the arc as lead changes marked the game. The Oregon Ducks biggest lead did not reach double digits as the Wolverines had an answer when they need to.

Tyler Dorsey led four players in double figures for Oregon with 20. It was the Sophomores 5th 20 point game in a row. He was 7 fr 15 from the field and 5 for 7 from beyond the arc helping lead Oregon to shooting 47 percent from beyond the arc vs Michigan.

Dillon Brooks was 5 for 13 from the field for 13 points.. Jordan Bell had another double double with 16 points and 13 rebounds along with some key shots inside, including one late off a Dylan Ennis missed free throw for a putback off the miss.

The Oregon Ducks will face either Kansas or Purdue on Saturday with the Final Four on the line. The win vs Michigan marks the second straight season that Dana Altman and the Ducks have made the Elite Eight.
